Here is how to care for your veil before the big day! -Take your veil out of the packaging and hang it up in a safe place until you want to wear it -Steam the veil using a household garment steamer, if you do not have a steamer, hang it up in your bathroom while you take a hot shower, this will reduce the amount of wrinkles. -DO NOT iron the veil -DO NOT wash the veil -Due to the delicate nature of the veil, some flakes of glitter may fall off, this is completely normal, please just handle with care -We suggest bringing your veil with you to your hair trial if you are having one! -Use bobby pins if you feel veil isn’t fully secure Enjoy your big day! What length of veil should I get?

This is completely up to you! If you need some help, feel free to send me a message on Etsy with a picture of your dress and I'll send over some recommendations. Every dress is different, but here are some general dress shapes that I like to pair with specific lengths. A-line (All lengths) They all pretty much work with most A-line dresses, choose what you love! Ball Gown (Shoulder, Elbow, Cathedral) I generally like to choose veils that hit above your waist line or go full on cathedral length for this style of dress. Mermaid, Fit and Flare, Trumpet, etc (Shoulder, Elbow, Fingertip, Chapel, Cathedral) Again, most veil lengths work well with these shapes but my favorite lengths for this style are fingertip and cathedral)

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! I ship all over the world! Please note customs and duties fees may apply for international shipments. These would be collected upon delivery and are the responsibility of the buyer.

The veil I bought doesn't match my dress - Can I exchange it for a different style?

We like to get it right on the first try which is why we offer swatches and free consultations! If you are unsure of which veil to purchase, feel free to message us with any questions! That being said, yes, you can exchange for any veil you would like! However, only up to $50 of the difference will be refunded if the difference is larger than that. However, custom veils are not eligible for exchanges.

Can I return my veil?

No, but I would be happy to discuss an exchange with you! Before purchasing your veil, feel free to send us a message as we are happy to provide suggestions for what style and color will match your dress the best!
