► RETURN & WARRANTY POLICY

All of our rings are covered by a 90-day Return Policy and Lifetime Replacement Warranty Our warranty covers any defects of the wedding band. We will make a new band and the buyer is only responsible for a simple $5 fee to cover our shipment of the new ring to you. We know trust is built brick-by-brick and consider our Return and Warranty Policy the first of many bricks.

For $3, you have the option to add gift wrapping for your order, available when you checkout.

We currently do not offer to engrave our rings for the moment but know most jewelers can engrave for a small nominal fee. **We highly suggest getting engraving done yourself with another jeweler after purchase since most Shops do not accept a return after the ring has been altered with an engraving.

Our best recommendation is to get sized at your local jeweler for free:) Make sure to size for a comfort-fit style and the width or ring you are looking to buy, no worries, let the jeweler know and they'll be able to best take care of you.

Our next best recommendation would be to take a piece of string and wrap around the finger, lay it out flat and measure how long it is. Use our Ring Size chart (found on most of the images of our listings) to find your size.

All else fails, we do provide 2 free exchanges! Just reach out and we'll send you clear, simple instructions to make it easy for you. ($15 fee for international orders).

►ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL BUYERS
International Buyers must know their Tariff/Customs laws and their postal relationship with the US. If an Exchange or Return is needed, YOU are responsible for returning the rings regardless of current country postal service and cost.

Buyers take responsibility (if any delays occur) to reach out to their country's CUSTOMS BORDER office of their local post to complete any necessary requirements if there's a delay in shipment to their address. Us, as a shop, doing so many orders do not keep track of when delivery happens. You are always welcome to reach out to our shop on the status if you don't know, in which we can provide a CUSTOMS ID Tracking number for you to use. If you believe that the custom's office or the local post has lost the package, please reach out to us and we will get you taken care of.

►CARING FOR YOUR RING
Most rings are made to wear 24/7 with no special instructions with the exception of avoiding harsh cleaning chemicals (including hand sanitizers), and Ocean or Chlorine Water (We keep it simple).
