My package is marked delivered by the United State Post Office but I do not have it. Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, if the post office marks the package as delivered, I have to take that as proof of delivery, and refunds will not be available unless a police report for stolen mail is filed. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a secure delivery location. Check with neighbors and look around outside to see if the mail carrier left it in a safe place. After that, check with the post office in person to get the GPS reading from the delivery scan and speak with your mail carrier. If you still can not find your package, please contact me as I may be able to make and send you a new item. I do not offer refunds on packages marked delivered without a police report. Thank you.

How long will it take for me to get my order? or Can I get my order by a specific date?

All orders will be sent by first class mail unless the customer chooses an upgrade to priority mail during checkout. Etsy provides an estimated delivery date at checkout depending on the type of mail service that you select. THESE ARE ESTIMATES AND ARE NOT GUARANTEED!!! I can not emphasize this enough, if you need your item within a short amount of time, please DO NOT ORDER unless you are willing to take a chance on the estimates being correct. The post office does not guarantee delivery dates and it is out of my control once I drop off the package with them. I do not guarantee that anything will be received by a specific date. I can only guarantee that I will ship the item during the time agreed upon.

I have not received my package and tracking shows "In Transit, Arriving Late"

I am really sorry that you have not received your package yet. It is on its way to you. The post office may be experiencing delays. I recommend going to usps.com, enter tracking number and sign up for text or email alerts. This has helped with getting your package moving through the system so that we can see where your package is. Please contact me if you would like help with this. Thank you.
