All of the findings listed in my shop are cadmium, lead and nickel free.

From October 2023, Most UK orders ship via standard 2nd class, higher value orders, at my discretion, may be upgraded to tracked including international. You will get an email in this instance with your tracking number, so please check any associated emails for your order. Where an order has been sent via the free shipping including those via track and sign but has not been collected after a missed delivery and it is returned to me, you will be refunded for the item cost only minus the shipping paid and a 15% restocking fee. International orders are sent standard first class, tracked delivery upgrade is available at checkout. U.K orders are sent via 2nd class Royal Mail. Free domestic shipping is sent via 48 tracked.

Custom and personalised orders

All custom orders are final except in the instance if your order is faulty or not as described. Please contact me in the first instance if you have any issue with your custom order.

Orders will be sent in functional packaging for protection, no fancy wrapping here just well packaged items ready for transit. You will receive your items in either a padded envelope OR mailer box and tear-proof/waterproof jacket where appropriate.

If you decide not to keep your purchase you can send it back for a refund, if the reason for the return is you simply do not like it or you have changed your mind, the return shipping costs must be met by you. Refunds will be paid once I have the item back and any items must be dispatched back to me to me no later than 30 days after you receive it, so they must be postmarked within that time frame. You must use “contact shop owner” before sending any item back to me. Any returned items must be returned unworn and in its original condition. Failure to do so may result in no refund being offered. This will also include lost/damaged items on return except where proof of postage is provided and suitable packaging has been used.

For uncollected shipped orders that are returned to me.

In the event of a package being returned to me, because an item was not collected from a collection depot, ( this happens when a delivery attempt was made, and a card is left with instructions on where to collect the package and time frame to do so but is not actioned ) I will require additional shipping if the order is sent to you again. If you decide not to have the item resent, then I can only refund the item price and not the shipping fee. This applies to International orders and domestic orders. I will issue the refund when I have the order back with me. This can take 3 months for international orders as uncollected items are sent the slowest/cheapest way, usually by boat.

When your order does not arrive.

Undelivered/damaged packages: I will submit a claim with Royal Mail or where appropriate customers can raise a case with Etsy. For Royal Mail labels a non delivery a claim cannot be submitted before Royal Mail's expected delivery window plus wait time which varies according to location. Please ask if you need the current wait time. Delivery aims ... U.K first class : 1 - 2 working days after dispatch. U.K second class : 2 - 3 working days after dispatch. International - Europe 5 - 7 working days after dispatch . Rest of the world 7 - 14 working days after dispatch. International orders invariably take longer than the estimates provided by Royal Mail, please keep this in mind when placing an order.

For items that arrived damaged.

Please contact me as soon as the items arrive if they are damaged in transit. You will be asked to provide photos of the BOX and ITEMS. Please retain all proof of damage as this will need to be shown to Royal Mail for claim purposes. This is very important as it will also help to resolve the issue.

Returning an Item That Requires a Custom Form.

When sending an order back that requires that you fill in a customs form, you must check the appropriate box : "Returned Goods" as the reason for shipping. Failure to do so will result in a reduction in your refund if import charges are applied at the UK borders. If you need any guidance when filling out the customs form, please do get in touch, I will be happy to assist you.
