Due to the many variations in monitors and browsers, color samples may appear different on different monitors. Computer monitors are not all calibrated equally and color reproduction on the Internet is not precise. Since it is not possible to guarantee our online colors will look the same on all computers, we do not guarantee that what you see accurately portrays the color of the actual Item you will receive. We do our very best to make sure our pictures are as close to the exact product as possible, but cannot guarantee that what you see is an exact match.

We take about 1-7 business days to create our products. 97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 2 business days or less. Sometimes, due to a busy holiday season it may take up to 10 days to create a product you purchased.

What if my ordered item is damaged?

If you received a damaged item, please provide me with a picture (pictures) of the item you ordered, where it clearly shows the item being damaged (faded print, ripped, teared etc). I gladly accept returns and/or issue full refunds, if the item(s) are damaged.

I want to return the item i ordered.

If the item you received was damaged, you have to contact me within 14 days after the delivery and I'll issue a refund or replacement (if the pictures of the damaged items are provided). I do not accept exchanges or returns due to a print-on-demand and sewn-on-demand nature of the product. You can cancel your order within 2 hours after the purchase.

Will I be charged customs for my order?

Additional customs and tax fees can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

Will I receive my order all at once?

Not necessarily. Some items take longer to produce than others (for example, t-shirts vs mugs). This does not affect shipping prices, nor shipping time.

My package is marked as delivered but I haven’t received it yet.

What kind of printing technique do you use?

We mainly use direct-to-garment (DTG) printing on t-shirts and sweatshirts, which means the design is printed directly onto the fabric — no iron-on vinyl here! This gives a super soft feel and long-lasting durability, so the design won’t crack or peel. We do offer few Christmas t-shirts with vinyl prints and and we always mention it in the product description and pictures so you know exactly what you're getting. Vinyl designs have a slightly textured feel but are still soft and durable. For our all-over-print clothing like leggings, shorts, dresses etc, we use sublimation. This technique infuses the ink into the fabric, resulting in vibrant, long-lasting designs that won't fade or crack.

What if I want to order a large quantity of items for my party/cruise/etc?

To ensure both you and I are fully protected, I kindly ask that any order exceeding $250 be split into two (and more) separate transactions. Etsy’s Purchase Protection program covers orders under $250 for lost-in-transit (USPS), theft and damage. By dividing your order, you’ll be eligible for full coverage in case of any shipping issues, ensuring a hassle-free experience and a guaranteed refund if needed. While I always do my best to process and ship orders promptly, neither I nor USPS can guarantee an exact delivery date. Shipping delays can happen for many reasons and are unfortunately outside of my control. I highly recommend placing your order in advance. This helps ensure you're covered in case of delays, transit issues or damages!

Can I do tweaks and changes after placing the order?

Yes, you can request changes, cancellations, address corrections or typo fixes on personalized items within 2 hours of placing your order. After that time, your order enters production to ensure fast processing and we’re no longer able to make adjustments. I love everything about this sweatshirt except for the sizing. The Medium is a bit tight and the XL fits right in the torso but the arms are too big/long. I really like the (red) color and the design - and the fabric is great. I'm keeping the XL.
