On which wall surfaces can the wooden world map be attached?

For most wall surfaces (dust-free, flat, without wallpaper and curved elements) you can use the strong double-sided adhesive tape that comes with the map. The strength depends on the type of surface. It is excellent for drywall, flat plaster walls, painted surfaces (dust free and non friable), plastic, glass, dust free and non oily wood surfaces and other flat non friable brick / cement walls. The tape is not well suited for textured walls or wallpapers.

Why does the colour of the map look a little different from the photos?

The colour of the map may be a little lighter or darker than in the pictures because the map is made of natural wood. Each map is unique!

How easy is it to remove the double-sided tape?

The best is to heat the tape from the back of the wooden panels with a heat gun or hair dryer. Do not pull the pieces away from the wall as they may break or damage the wall!

My package says delivered but it wasn't. What should I do now?

Don't worry, here is what you can do. 1) Check with the neighbors It may be the case that courier has delivered your parcel to your neighbors or in an (external) mailbox. Just to be sure, please check if this has happened in your case and if your closest neighbors have received your order. 2) Your parcel is often still on its way Did your neighbors not receive anything either? Then we advise you to wait one working day. In many cases when your order seems to be delivered in track and trace, but you did not receive it, it will still be delivered to you the next working day. 3) Did you not receive anything after a working day? Please contact directly your local DHL (or other) post office via email/phone.
