When uploading please make sure that your images meet the below criteria:
Recommended DPI: 300

Image should have a transparent background. You will receive the image as you have uploaded it.

Due to the many variations in monitors and browsers, colors may appear different on different monitors. Computer monitors are not all calibrated equally and color reproduction on the Internet is not precise.
PRESSING INSTRUCTIONS:
Every Heat Press is different, temps and pressure are not always accurate or even so adjusting for your individual press is necessary, we highly recommend a heat gun. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PRESSING ISSUES DUE TO INACCURATE TEMPERATURE OR PRESSURE.

325 degrees
HEAVY PRESSURE 8-9 PSI.
Pre press for 7 seconds to remove wrinkles and moisture;
Press for 20 seconds; LET COOL THEN PEEL
Press again for 20 seconds, with a parchment paper covering the design for protection (you don' have to cool again before removing the covering on the repress)

Super cute! I am excited to use. I will say I did contact customer service and never heard back. Transfers were purchased 3/5. I reached out to the company 3/21. Never heard back from the company. Then later that day got a notification that a shipping label had been created. I understand sellers are busy and they sell a lot of items, but to have not seen a shipping label created in 2 weeks, and when I reach out to the company, they leave me on read, that is a bit frustrating. I would purchase from them again. But I do believe answering a paying customer, even to apologize or let them know you do have their item and are working on it, would be common courtesy.
Item was very cute and made a great gift. Shipping takes a lot longer than stated however this print was a very cute one
