We will need this to file a claim on the item received.

Can I return or exchange my order?

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges. That is because we offer over 60 color finishes and a wide variety of product designs, and we do not maintain any physical inventory. Every item is made-to-order specifically for the individual buyer. Under consumer regulations regarding custom-made goods, the standard right to cancel or return does not apply. As a small family business working from our home, with more than 60 color options and different design products offered, we might never be able to resell the returned items, because of that we would need space to store the returned items and as we work from our home we simply do not have the space capacity to do so. Because of these reasons we do not accept returns or exchanges.
