There is a mix of China and USA products in my shop - sent from location is on the listing, also estimated dates of arrival - China products allow at least up to 10-12 days for making and then 10-20 days for delivery. The Purchase of Multiple products may be shipped at different times from different locations so you may receive them separately. Deliveries may or may not require a signature - please choose a safe address for your order where it can be left without a signature. Damaged or defect product

Please notify me with a clear photo as soon as possible if your item is received damaged or has a defect or printing issue. Please Note: Sometimes the PU Leather handbag tote bags may arrive with a crease, this is normal and from the plane flight and being packaged, this is not damage, these will come out with use or try a hairdryer to get it out

As we all use different viewing devices sometimes the colors may appear slightly lighter or even darker than what is depicted in the photos, I do my very best to represent the colors and products as accurately as possible. Please be sure to zoom in close on the photos of the product to make sure it is exactly what you're wanting.

The products are custom printed and automatically sent through to the printers to be printed on my behalf, I know we can make mistakes when purchasing especially online, I can only accept cancellations within 2 hours of ordering, please make sure you really want the product before ordering. Message me through Etsy messaging. There is no way to stop the order once it has been confirmed with the printers.

Excellent Seller, excellent communication. I purchased two different totes from this Seller. The first one I received, I was not impressed with the quality. The Seller is wonderful, and the quality is not the fault of the Seller. This particular tote though, is very sweet. Gorgeous color and it seems to be made better. I do not know why, it is likely just the style difference. I will use them both, I just like this one so much better.
