Absolutely! I love working with customers to create something personal. Whether its adding a name, date, or tailoring a design to your theme, I can adjust products to make them truly yours.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We do not offer returns, I handle requests on a case-by-case basis, because some items are custom or personalized. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please reach out and I will do my best to make things right, we value our customers here at KaliBayElements.

What if my order arrives damaged or I receive the wrong item?

Please contact me right away. My priority is to resolve the situation quickly and fairly. I will work with you to find the best solution - whether that means replacement, correction, or another resolution. To speed this process please send a pic via Etsy messenger in your first query and I can act promptly.

What if my package is lost in transit?

If your item appears delayed or lost, let me know as soon as possible. I will try and track your order with the carrier and make sure you get a resolution. I want every customer to feel confident when shopping with me.

How do I know my order will arrive on time?

I have a strong history of reliable shipping, with 99% of orders dispatched on time and tracked. I use a print shops to help me complete my orders, this allows me to concentrate on design and customer service whilst the print shops ensure reliable production and shipping. If there is a delay, I will communicate with you quickly and clearly. If you need an order for a specific date please reach out to me before ordering I will be honest and transparent whether the order can be completed and delivered on time.

Do you create your own designs?

Yes - every product in my shop is created from my own original ideas, sketches, and drafts. I focus on designs that are unique, meaningful and fun, while respecting intellectual property rights. This ensures my customers receive something they will not find anywhere else.
