Item is as described. It's a basic notebook with perforated pages that can be easily torn out. I was able to send the seller a message before purchasing about a customization on the front and they answeredx quickly. Arrived in about a week. The "blue" color is more of a sky blue in person. Not the darker grey-blue that it appears in the photos just FYI.
