Gift wrapping and packaging

I do not offer gift wrapping or packaging at this time. If you order an item as a gift, I will include your message on a small flat card inside of a handmade envelope, but the product will be in its standard packaging.

The listings for my cards and card kits include the size of the card you are purchasing. If you are unsure what size an A2, A7 or other card is and need additional help outside what's provided in the description, please feel free to send me a message and I will be happy to assist.

Returns for Change of Heart, Damaged/Missing Products, or Mailing Back Without Contacting Me First

Change of Heart: If you wish to return your item because you've changed your mind or ordered the wrong item, you are responsible for paying the shipping to mail it back. Damaged Products/Missing Items: In the rare instance of a damaged product or missing items, after confirming through photos, I will send you a prepaid label to mail it back at my expense. The item will be inspected prior to refunding. Mailing Back Without Contacting Me: If you decide to send your order back without contacting me, this is considered "items that are returned without a return agreement" and is prohibited by Etsy. I will contact you to arrange payment for shipping the item back to you. You will NOT receive an automatic refund.

When Will I Get My Order?

My shop is open Monday through Friday and I ship daily. Any orders received over the weekend will ship on Monday. In the case of federal holidays, items will ship the next business day following the holiday. All orders that qualify for "free shipping over $35" will be sent USPS Ground Advantage. USPS Priority Mail is available at the customer's expense and must be selected and purchased at check out. Etsy provides estimated delivery dates at checkout, depending on the type of mail service you select. THESE ARE ESTIMATES AND NOT GUARANTEED. The post office does not guarantee delivery dates, and it's totally out of my control as a seller. I do not guarantee delivery dates.

My Item is Marked Delivered But I Never Received It. Can I Get a Replacement/Refund?

My shop uses tracking services for all orders. The tracking helps the post office determine where a package was delivered via GPS technology. If your package is marked "delivered" but you did not receive it, please take the following steps: 1.) Check with neighbors to see if the package was delivered to them accidentally. 2.) Contact your local post office for help locating the package. Provide them with the tracking number and your shipping address. I am available to provide assistance with this step, if needed. 3.) Unfortunately, if the post office marks your package as "delivered" and tracking confirms your address, I have to take that as proof of delivery. Refunds/reships are not given unless a police report for stolen mail is filed.

Custom and personalized orders

Occasionally, I have availability to work with customers on special requests/custom orders. This service is typically offered to long-standing customers and dependent upon the time of year. If you are interested in a custom order, please feel free to send me an Etsy message to see if I have availability and the skill to fulfill the request. I request payment in full before any proofs are provided. I do not accept custom orders worth more than $250, as they fall outside of Etsy's Purchase Protection Program guidelines.

Materials: Cardstock, Envelopes

This basic card making kit to make your own embossed birthday cards is perfect for the beginner crafter. The card making kit contains all of the paper supplies you need to assemble 10 A2 embossed cards (4.25 x 5.5 inches), and comes with coordinating envelopes. The finished blank note cards can be finished with your own embellishments and supplies.

SIZE:
* Each card is 4.25 x 5.5 inches (A2) and comes with coordinating envelopes.

DETAILS:
* This kit provides all the paper materials needed to make 10 basic embossed cards.

SUPPLIES INCLUDED:
You will receive the following items in your kit:

* 10 pieces of colored cardstock to serve as the mat (10 colors, 1 of each color).

* 10 pieces of embossed cardstock to serve as the second layer (10 embossed patterns, 1 of each pattern).

* 10 A2 cards made from 80-lb white cardstock

* 10 A2 white envelopes

* Written instructions for completing the cards

NEEDED SUPPLIES:
* A strong glue stick, double sided tape (recommended), or other adhesive to attach each layer

* Embellishments, if you choose to add them to your cards
