When will I receive my order?

All items in my shop are digital products, so delivery is instant (within minutes of your purchase). After your purchase, you will receive an email with a link to access the editing app where you can customize and download your design. If you purchased a non-editable item, the files will be available for download directly from your Etsy account under Purchases and Reviews immediately after checkout.

How do I access my editable template and what can be edited?

After your purchase, you will receive an email with a link to access the editing app where you can open, customize, and download your design. You can edit all text fields, including wording, font size, and font color, add or remove text boxes. The artwork, graphics, and overall design layout cannot be changed. Simple text edits can be done from a phone or tablet, while more advanced edits are easier to complete on a desktop or laptop. If you need help while editing your template, feel free to contact me and I will be happy to assist.

I am not computer savvy. Will I be able to edit and download my designs ?

Yes. The editing app is designed to be simple and user friendly and most customers find it very easy to use. Basic edits such as changing the wording can be done directly from a phone or tablet. For more advanced edits, such as adding photos or significantly changing the text layout for a different event, we recommend using a desktop or laptop computer for the best editing experience. If you have any questions or need assistance while editing your design, feel free to contact me and I will be happy to help.

Do you offer printing services / sell printed items ?

Printing is available directly through the editing app for customers in the United States. After you finish editing your design, you can order professional prints for selected items such as invitations, signs, foldable thank you cards, and game cards. Signs are available as 8 × 10 inch prints on premium cardstock, while larger signs are printed on durable 4 mm foam board. Unfortunately, we do not offer printing services for customers outside of the US. If you are located outside the US, you can download the print-ready PDF and order your prints from online print shops or print the designs at home or at a local print shop.

Do you accept Custom / Personalized order ?

Yes, I do accept custom orders. This can include partial customization (changes to an existing design) or completely custom designs created specifically for your event. If you are interested in a custom order, please send me a message with as many details as possible about what you have in mind. To ensure we have enough time to properly customize the design or create a new template, please contact me well in advance of your event date. Once we discuss the details, I will create a custom listing for your order.

Do you offer order cancelation or refund, what is the refund policy ?

Due to the nature of digital products, digital items are generally not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds on Etsy. However, if an order was placed by mistake and the files have not been accessed, edited or downloaded, you may request a cancellation and refund. Once a design has been accessed or edited (for editable templates) or downloaded (for non-editable instant download files), the order is considered delivered and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
