This is an English pocket watch movement

The movement has a good balance and chain but is not ticking

Movement – the gilt full plate fusee movement has a Massey III type lever escapement. The movement has a steel balance wheel and a large diamond. The watch cock is decorated with a basket of fruit and is signed “Patent. The movement is signed “Litherland Davies, Liverpool, 11744” and is in 95% mint condition

The movement has its original gilt dust cap.

Dial – the white enamel has a broken gilt hands and a blue steel sub seconds hand. The dial is in 99% mint condition

The movement measures 45mm wide x 13mm deep
