Why this review appears

All reviews are from verified buyers. This review is shown automatically based on factors like recency, whether it includes comments, your chosen language, and whether the rating reflects the typical experience with the shop.

“Amy provided excellent customer service by promptly sending a replacement when my original tag didn’t arrive. However, I was disappointed with the product quality itself. The engraving fell short of expectations: my pet’s name appeared in a plain sans-serif font (similar to Arial) rather than the decorative serif font shown in the listing photos. The illustrated images are poorly defined—the cat o’ nine tails is unrecognizable, and the ducks look like distorted blobs. The tag material feels inexpensive and has sharp edges despite being lightweight. I appreciate Amy’s responsive communication and won’t request a refund given her helpfulness, but I’ll be searching for a better-quality tag for my dog.”
