Due to the handmade nature of our designs, no refunds or returns are issued due to "custom fitting issues". Orders cannot be changed or canceled after 12 hours of purchase due to our production process. If you cancel within 24 hours, you will receive your money back less a 5% handling fee. All items are handmade to order in the size you select at the time of purchase. Precise measurements are given in each listing for you the buyer to confirm all measurements before placing your custom order. Please note we are located internationally and shipping is expensive, so we are unable to cover the cost of return shipping and exchanges. Handmade bonsai trees are a remarkably elegant addition to any home decor. Placing them on bookshelves, dining tables, living rooms, or even in the bedroom or meditation room can turn any space into a luxurious oasis. Moreover, wire bonsai trees make for unique and memorable gifts for various occasions, including Father's Day, Mother's Day, wedding anniversaries, Christmas, Thanksgiving, and one-of-a-kind birthday celebrations.

🌸Product Details:
- Product Size: Height/Width/Depth= 23/23/15 cm.
- Product Materials: Our bonsai trees are crafted using colored aluminum wire, copper wire (if applicable), a wire diameter of approximately 0.8mm to 1mm, and an enameled (or unglazed) ceramic pot. They also include green plastic moss, small pebbles, and glue.
- Personalize Color: You can choose the color of the leaves or the trunk according to your favorite color (color chart included). If you want to change the color, please enter the note information in the "Personalize" section.
- Weight of the Tree: 700 grams.

- Handcrafted Process: Each of our bonsai trees is designed with love and skill. Our artist starts by sketching the design on paper and then choosing a matching ceramic pot. They knit aluminum wires together to create the trunk, create roots, and use pliers and other tools to shape the tree's branches. Green leaves are then attached to each branch. Our artist puts the bonsai tree in the pot, pours glue to fix the tree and pot together, and adds small pebbles and green plastic moss to cover the surface of the pot. Finally, they adjust the leaves and branches to create the perfect masterpiece.

🌸 Shipping and Returns:
- Packing and Shipping: We pack our products with care using hard foam boxes, square or rectangular boxes, fully glued. The outside of each box is filled with information and instructions for safe transportation. The trees inside the box are secured by plastic rope and reinforced with wooden bars to withstand the impact of transportation, particularly for long distances or airplanes.
- We prioritize fast shipping for large orders, and we use USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx, Royal Mail, and DPD for shipping. For US deliveries, we can use UPS, USPS, or DHL, while other shipping services are used in other areas. The time to complete our products depends on their size and difficulty, and it can range from 1 to 3 working days (excluding holidays).

- Customer Care and Return Policy: We are always here to answer any questions you might have or to listen to your ideas on creating the perfect bonsai tree with you. If you receive a damaged item or the product is lost during shipping, please contact us directly, and we will be happy to exchange the product for you.

- While our products are unique, they will have similar shapes, and they may not be 100% identical. We can create personalized designs and sizes to meet your specific needs. When you receive your tree, use your hands or small pliers to bend the branches and leaves to their original shape (if necessary).
Please read the included instructions card carefully before removing the tree from its packaging.
