This size holds estimate of 100-160 lines of guests - must purchase a larger chart or ask for a custom size if you have more than 160 lines of guests.

1. Add the item to your cart.

2. When checking out, please include the following information in the notes to seller box:
• Bride and Grooms full names
• Wedding date
• Last initial
• Estimate on lines of guests (not total #, how many couples/singles)
• Color, if nothing is listed black and white is the default.

3. Purchase the listing!

4. Please download the file (guest spreadsheet) attached to the listing.
After check out, your spreadsheet is available for instant download on the Etsy website. You will receive a confirmation email from Etsy (check your spam folder if you have not received it).
Simply go to Your Accounts > Purchases > find the transaction > click the blue button that says "Files Ready to Download".

***** This is the spreadsheet template as it needs to be set up. I cannot accept any other form for guest names/table numbers.
*Please note that the order/spelling of the names in the spreadsheet is exactly how they will be listed on the seating chart*

5. Email the completed spreadsheet to info.soireecafe [!at] gmail.com along with your order number.

6. Once the spreadsheet is received, it will take 1-2 business days to receive your customized proof/print file via e-mail. We can make basic revisions at that point via email.

7. Once you approve the proof or necessary minor changes are made, you will be emailed a high resolution PDF (unless other file format has been requested when ordering).
