International Shipping Rates on multiple purchases

International customers wishing to purchase more than one hair flower, jewellery item or hair accessory, please note UK sellers are unable to set combined shipping by weight, we will always weigh combined orders and refund any overpayment due. Or contact me directly to ask about a custom listing with combined shipping cost. I ALWAYS REFUND SHIPPING OVER PAYMENTS.

We use Royal Mail to ship all of our orders. Hair Flowers are sent in a shipping box to protect your items and keep weight to a minimum therefore keeping shipping costs as low as possible. UK orders are sent Royal Mail Tracked 48hr by default but you can upgrade to Royal Mail tracked 24h. International orders are sent international TRACKED - WE NO LONGER SHIP USING AN UNTRACKED SERVICE DUE TO LOSSES AND DELAYS. All overcharges will be refunded. I cannot be held responsible for delayed arrivals or items being held in customs, but i will do my best to assist with any shipping enquiries please just contact me.

We ship orders every Tuesday. If you need your order urgently please contact us to see if we can help.

WE HAVE REINSTATED USA AND EUROPEAN SHIPPING. TO ENABLE THIS WE HAVE HAD TO ADD AN ADDITIONAL FEE TO OUR SHIPPING PRICES TO COVER ALL POSSIBLE TAXES AND FEES RELATING TO CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES. THIS MAY RESULT IN YOU BEING OVERCHARGED FOR SHIPPING AT CHECKOUT BUT ONCE WE HAVE PACKED, WEIGHED AND CALCULATED THE CORRECT FEES FOR YOUR SPECIFIC ORDER, WE WILL REFUND ALL OVERPAYMENTS. WE APOLOGISE THAT THIS IS A BIT INCONVENIENT BUT ITS OUR SOLUTION FOR THE TIME BEING TO ENABLE US TO SHIP TO USA AND EUROPE. (ALTERNATIVELY YOU CAN CONTACT US THROUGH MESSAGE TO WORK WITH YOU PRIOR TO PURCHASE PROVIDING NAME, ADDRESS, EMAIL, PHONE NUMBER AND A LIST OF SCREENSHOTS OF YOUR SHOPPING LIST) THANKS FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING

WE ALWAYS COMBINE SHIPPING AND REFUND OVERCHARGES -
