Custom and personalised orders

I am happy to consider any custom orders but reserve the right to refuse an order at my own discretion. If you require personalisation on an item that does not already offer this, please message me.

How do I find my download

If you checked out as a guest, you'll find a link to download your purchase in the receipt email that was sent to you after your purchase by Etsy. If you have an account: go to Your Account ("You" icon in the top right) -> "Purchases and Reviews" and look for the order. The button will say "download files" in a black box. (You may have to be using a laptop/computer to access the downloads...if you're on a phone you may not be able to see this button). If you're still having trouble, please feel free to message me!

Can I take my file to a printer?

Yes, if you purchased a digital download you are welcome to share the file with them to print for you. However the file is to remain your property and is not be sold or used by the printer for any other customer.

Can I use my files for a commercial or business purpose

No. All of my digital designs are for personal use only. The finished items are not to be sold. The files are not to be shared with anyone or sold on. If you would like to gift the files to someone, please purchase an additional copy. You are free to gift any amount of printed items from the files.

Can I modify the files

No. The files are not to be modified in any way. The exception to this is if you have purchased one of our Jet Template files, where certain modifications are available.

Do you ship to my country

Digital products are available worldwide. If your country is not listed for a physical product please contact me and I will see if it is possible.

Wholesale availability

Please contact me if you are interested in wholesale or large orders.

Generally we use Royal Mail 2nd class for UK orders - an upgrade to 1st class is available on all listings. If you require Special Delivery please contact me and I will add this for you. Larger orders may be sent by courier. For International customers, orders over £10 value are generally sent by Royal Mail tracked. Smaller orders are sent by Royal Mail Standard. Large orders may be sent by courier. If you need an order faster than the estimated time in the listing please contact me and I will do my best to accommodate your need.
