This acrylic wedding signage and our other acrylic wedding signs make the perfect wedding table decor. Our acrylic wedding signs are printed (we never use vinyl or stickers), sleek, strong, rated for indoor or outdoor events, and lightweight. The most popular sign size we offer is the 8”x10” as it sits nicely on your bar or table without overpowering other wedding decorations although some people do prefer an 11”x14” for ease of viewing from a distance.

PROOFS⤵

** Proofs ONLY Available Upon Request: Proofs are only sent if requested when ordering. Proofs extend production time 2-5 business days beyond estimated shipping dates shown when ordering. Proofs are sent through Etsy messaging and must be approved back to us within 48 hours which then starts the production and shipping timeframes for the item(s). If no response is received by us through Etsy messaging within 48 hours, your order will be considered approved and the order printed as it was sent to you. *No changes can be made after you approve your proof if not notified within 1 hour of approval.

** If No Proof Is Requested: By not requesting a proof you agree that the design, graphics, etc. chosen by our artist are pre-approved. No refunds will be issued for not liking a selection made on your behalf when no proof was requested. You also acknowledge that you are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information provided. We are not liable for any errors or discrepancies that may occur in the final product if a proof was not requested.

GIFT NOTES⤵

We will include a gift message for free. When completing the checkout process be sure to check the box labeled “This order is a gift.” Then check the box labeled “Add gift message for free.” You can now leave a gift message in the box that pops up. Etsy does not give us the ability to add gift notes typed into the “Add a note to BoneandDarbyMakersCo” to the order. Gift notes are not able to be added to orders after the order is placed as Etsy does not allow us access to that option.

ITEM PERTINENT INFORMATION⤵

●We always recommend contrasting color choices for the sign to be more easily readable. Lighter colors together or darker colors together give a nice subtle look however you do sacrifice some of the readability of the sign.
●All measurements are in inches.
●Signs are 1/8” acrylic
●Stands are 1/4” acrylic (FREE STANDS for all portrait or landscape oriented signs 16”x20” and smaller. Optional upgraded stand available for 11”x14” / 14”x11” or smaller signs. For signs larger than a 16" x 20" / 20" x 16", we recommend a small easel that can be found at most home decor / craft stores.) If free stands are selected, the sign will have small notches in the bottom where the stands go.
●All items are acrylic, not glass
●Only clean with plastics cleaner designed for acrylic or damp microfiber cloth
●Do not stack without protection in between signs
●Order includes: Printed signs and chosen stands only. No other items shown in listing photos are included.
●Background colors are printed onto the backside of clear acrylic, leaving the front shiny.
●If a color is selected for the sign, a crystal-clear border will surround the color/design, giving it a sleeker, more elegant look. Please refer to the listing photos for examples
●Handling with gloves will reduce fingerprints, etc.
●Signs will be shipped wrapped in protective packaging. After inspection, we suggest leaving this on until the day of your wedding to reduce fingerprints, etc. from happening.
● We are not responsible for errors sent to us. We are not the grammar police, a spell checker, a color coordinator nor sign list checker. Since you are the one sending us the information, we are not responsible for any errors sent to us nor any assumptions made by the buyer that were not communicated clearly. Please double check that everything you send to us is exactly as you want, worded how you like it, spelled correctly and the colors that you want (fitting your color scheme, lighting scenario, taste, will show in the location surroundings, etc.). Wording, grammar, color choices, etc are printed as given to us therefore errors, not liking your choices, etc. in what we receive are not a reason for a refund. We do not refund, replace, nor give discounts on re-orders due to issues with any of the above.

If your address on file is not correct when you order we must cancel your order and you can reorder with the correct address. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses. We will not refund or replace any orders sent to the wrong addresses provided by the customer or orders lost in the mail.

The dates shown in the shipping section of the listing are estimates. Although we always strive to ship products in a timely manner, we do not guarantee that your item will ship nor be delivered at the beginning or end of the date windows shown. Production times do not include shipping time. We are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by the postal delivery service. Once we drop your order off at the post office it is out of our hands.

DISCLAIMERS AND DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS⤵

Due to all items being imprinted with ink things such as glitter, diamonds, metallic, reflective, shiny, etc are printed representations. There will be no actual glitter, diamonds, etc on the product. Design photos and templates may vary in small ways due to the different programs that created them. Any broken items, defective merchandise, or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Claims will not be honored after this period! Broken or Defective Merchandise may only be exchanged for the same item, we do not offer refunds. Due to the nature of the hand production process, slight variations and small imperfections are not considered flaws. Items will be printed as submitted. Misalignment, centering issues, not liking the design once receiving it, etc. that are submitted that way are not considered a flaw on our part and therefore the items are not refundable nor replaceable for free. Variation in materials, production equipment, and firing temperature may result in variations in size, shape, glaze, color, etc. There will be no returns nor refunds given due to these issues. Also, due to differences in computer monitor/tablet/phone screen resolution and color settings, colors may appear different on screen than in person. This is true with any item seen online on any website. These conditions are within acceptable industry standards and are not considered defective nor returnable.
