Custom and personalized orders

Some items can be customized. Each listing should state whether or not it can be customized. If there’s any question or you’d like something customized that doesn’t have that option, please just send me a message and I’m happy to work with you on it. I’m here to make sure your loved one receives the perfect gift.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All of my jewelry comes in a very nice gift box for easy gift giving. Unfortunately I do not offer gift wrapping at this time.

Where are you located and when can I expect to receive my order.

I am located in Nevada. All of my products are shipped via a production partner that prints, packages, and mails the designs I create. Production partners are also located in the United States and all products are shipped via USPS. Shipping is typically a week or less and tracking numbers are provided on all orders. Production times vary on each product, so please check specific product or shoot me a message with any questions.

Can I return my item if I’m not happy with it?

My main goal is to make my customers happy. So please reach out to me right away if there is any issue with your purchase. If I’ve made a mistake on your order, I am more than happy to issue a refund or send a replacement product if you contact me within 7 days of receiving your order.

Do you ship outside of the US.

Right now I am only shipping within the United States. If that changes I’ll be sure to update that info here.
