ABOUT THE MODEL:

The jacket is loose-fitting, straight silhouette, thigh-length, lined. The closure is a central side with a zipper. The front is with welt pockets with a frame and with a zipper closure. Two pockets with an inclined entrance are located in the downside part of the front, and one breast pocket with a horizontal entrance is located on the left side. The side seam is offset towards the back and has an inclined direction. The seam is directed from the armhole towards the center of the back. The back has pleats arranged diagonally from the side seam to the shoulder seam. The bottom of the front and back is finished with a fitted 5 cm high waistband. To adjust the volume at the garment bottom, there is a strap on the waistband of the back. The strap is fastened with 2 snaps. The shoulder line is expanded by 4,2 – 5,7 (depending on the size of the garment). The sleeves are sew-in, full-length, and with downside and elbow seams. There is a slit in the elbow seam and a 2-snaps closure for volume adjustment at the bottom of the sleeve. The neckline of the garment has a round shape, treated with a stand-up collar with a cut-off stand. The ends of the collar are fastened to the garment using snaps.

Model is wearing a size 52 (RU). Model parameters: Chest-line: 103 cm, Waist-line: 82 cm, Hips: 102 cm.

MATERIALS FOR SEWING:

Main fabric.
For this model, we recommend using jacket fabrics, raincoat fabrics with or without various types of impregnation, with or without a waterproof coating, of various structures and densities. In terms of composition, these can be fabrics made of natural, synthetic or mixed fibers.

Finishing fabric.
For the details of the upside collar and collar stand, we recommend using a variety of fabrics suitable for the density and pliability of the upper fabric. You can use eco-leather, eco-suede, velvet, denim fabrics made of natural, synthetic or mixed fibers.

Lining material.
As a lining use the fabrics with density and plasticity suitable for the shell fabric, made out of natural, synthetic or blended fibers.

Interfacing materials.
For better quality of sewing, we recommend to use the interfacing material. For example, you may use 33-39 g/m2 density 150 cm, width woven interfacing. The density of the interfacing material depends on the main fabric density.
