Do you provide a proof?

Proofs are only provided with a purchase of design for all Custom Grad Cap Toppers and any Personalized Stationery Note Cards Request purchases. Upon purchasing your design, you may have two revisions to your proof.

I want a design that is not in your shop, is this an option?

If you see a custom stationery or party decor design you love in my shop but want to make small changes—like switching the border color or combining artwork from one card with the layout of another—I'm happy to help. Think of it like a DIY for stationery—we can mix and match elements from existing designs to create something uniquely yours! Need a little tweak? No problem! For example, a customer once requested a bow on the Golden Retriever from one of my cards—and I made it happen. Please note: I don’t offer fully custom designs from scratch. This approach helps me keep my prices charming and affordable for everyone! 😊

What happens if I don’t confirm my proof?

A proof of your design will be sent shortly after your order is placed, excluding weekends and Holidays. Once you receive it, we’ll work together to make any necessary edits until it’s just right! However, if I don’t hear back from you within 1-2 business days, I’ll take one of the following steps: + If your design is simple, I may move forward with printing to keep your order on schedule. + If your design needs confirmation, I may update your shipping date to allow more time for your response. To avoid delays, please keep an eye on your Etsy messages or email within 24 hours of placing your order to review and approve your proof.

My order delivered late—what now?

Once your order leaves my shop, shipping delays can occasionally happen due to issues with USPS or UPS—especially during peak seasons like holidays. While I don’t have control over carrier delays, I closely monitor all shipments. If I notice a delay, I’ll reach out to you proactively and do my best to help resolve the issue or offer guidance. I truly appreciate your patience and understanding!

Custom and personalized orders

Once your order is placed and work has begun on your design, cancellations are still accepted. However, a $25 design fee will be deducted from your refund to cover time spent on creating your design and corresponding with you. Thank you for understanding and respecting the time and care that goes into each custom order!

Custom and personalized orders

I completely understand how frustrating this situation can be. Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered successfully completed, and unfortunately, I am not responsible for any lost, stolen, or misplaced packages after delivery. If this happens, I recommend: + Checking with neighbors or household members + Looking around your delivery area (porch, garage, back door, etc.) + Contacting your local post office or carrier directly—they may be able to provide additional delivery details +While refunds are not issued for orders marked as delivered, I’ll gladly help you navigate the next steps and explore any possible solutions.

Custom and personalized orders

The PKR logo is an important part of my brand identity and is included on all most designs for consistency and recognition. Because of this, the logo is not removed from those specific item—no exceptions. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out before placing your order. I'm always happy to help clarify!

If a sale starts after I place my order will you refund the difference?

The price you pay reflects the item’s cost at the time your order is placed. For example, if the item goes on sale for 15% off later, previous purchases aren’t eligible for retroactive discounts or refunds.

Discounts & Promotional Codes

All promotional codes and discounts must be applied during checkout at the time of purchase. Discounts cannot be added, adjusted, or refunded after an order has been placed. Very beautiful, great quality, arrived super quickly! However, I received a white sash instead of the black that I ordered to match with my daughters dress. Unfortunately will not be able to use this for her senior homecoming photos.
