3 out of 5 starsApparently, No Way Out means no way the owner will help you. I received two of these meant for my daughters. One was illegible. The owner Christine told me nothing like that would ever leave her workshop. Well it was and it did! I did not ask for money back or even a new necklace, just a better engraved charm. The answer was no. I do not recommend this shop.

It's disheartening to witness a customer resorting to wordplay with our shop's name and opting for a personal attack instead of maintaining a factual perspective. Allow me to reiterate that we've clearly communicated that engravings may exhibit variations from one piece to another due to the inherent nature of handcrafted items. I vehemently dispute the assertion that the engraving is illegible. I meticulously document each piece before it departs our premises, a practice diligently observed in this particular order. The image was shared with a diverse group of friends, all of whom unequivocally confirmed the readability of the text. With third-party testimony attesting to its unequivocal legibility, there was no basis to initiate a redo or withhold it from leaving our workshop.

Rude customer service when contacted to inquire on product when not received in estimated timeframe. When recieved product - very poor quality for price. Do not recommend this seller.

What's wrong with answering any questions/messages immediately and in a factual way? Whatever I do, if it does not appeal to the customer, I'm confronted with the knockout argument to be rude. I cannot be held responsible for shipping times, which are beyond my control. An estimate is called an estimate for a reason. In most cases, it is met, in some it is not. I can't help it. Demanding the impossible from me like pressing the postal services is unreal. The buyer ignored my answers, any descriptions in the listing, and refused to accept reality. If anything, then that is rude.

I bought this for a friend who lost her husband suddenly. I had a lyric from their wedding song engraved. She loved it, for moment it brought a smile to her face. I was impressed how quickly we got the necklace in Florida (2 weeks from purchase date). Thank you so much for the wonderful work and helping me bring comfort to a friend during a very difficult time.

I love how my necklace turned out. It is so beautiful and will go with anything! The lettering is perfect and professional in quality. I just had a miscarriage and this will be the perfect way to remember my sweet baby and honor him/her every day.
