I really could not be happier with this bowl. It's beautiful. It sounds fantastic, with multi-layered tones and a long sustain. The range of sounds available by using different instruments to strike it is surprising. I didn't rate customer service because I didn't need any, which is in itself a positive. I took a bit of a chance ordering it since it could just have been an expensive souvenir-quality item (and I already have those :-). It's the antithesis of souvenir-quality, except that it is beautiful.
