#1 Exceptional Customer Service - the seller is proud of the product and will chat about it with you at length #2 Shipping - the item hit international mailing within 24 hours #3 Item Quality - what you see is what you get. You won't get any surprises. This is a very clever 3D printed toy (within another toy). Don't expect something indestructible, be gentle with it. I recommend releasing the "treasure chest" first before pulling on the ribbon/strap. The strap is not meant to pop the lid. It will feel really tight at first tug. Touch it. Feel it. Be sweet with that latch.
