All prints are available in a wide range of sizes. Starting from 4x6inches, with all going up to at least A2, with many also available in size A1. Feel free to message me and I'll let you know if I can accommodate your size!

Custom and personalised orders

Unfortunately I don't have time for custom orders. The prints/posters I have available are the ones you see for sale in my shop. I can make slight changes where possible, for example the background colour of a design. Drop me a message, I'll do my best to help.

Does my print come with a frame?

My prints are sent UNFRAMED, giving you the opportunity to shop around and find the perfect frame you love. Happy to advise on my favourite frames if you drop me a message!

How is my print packaged?

Prints are either packaged in a sturdy "do not bend" envelope, with an extra board for protection, or rolled safely into a postal tube. Frames are wrapped and sent in sturdy packaging.

How long will my print take to arrive?

All UK prints are posted first class and should be with you in 2-4 business days. For Europe, your prints should arrive within 7 days. For the rest of the world including the USA, your prints should arrive in 14 days. Please note postal delays may sometimes occur and Etsy estimates are not always accurate. Please allow 10 days after the last Etsy estimate to see if your order arrives. I can not accept responsibility for orders which are unfortunate to experience a delay. As soon as something has been posted, I have no control over postal times. My Prints are shipped from the UK, so please bear this in mind if you are ordering from overseas. However I am always the other side of a message and completely happy to assist and reassure you!

Can I return a print?

All prints are made to order to avoid any waste and I do not accept returns if you have changed your mind. I can cancel orders up to 12 hours after placing it, after this I cannot guarantee. If you have accidently ordered the incorrect size, please contact me and I can help you with this. Any unfortunate enough to be damaged in transit, of course I will happily replace!

Do you ship to the USA?

YES! USA delivery's will NOT face any additional taxes when ordering from Mother and Sun Studio. All USA orders are now shipped with a reliable printing facility from within the USA to ensure fast, reliable delivery with no extra charges. If anything ordering from me in the USA will be straightforward and affordable than ever before. To confirm, NO additional taxes s will be applied when ordering from me upon delivery.

I will ship and dispatch prints within one week, but will aim to do so ASAP. If you need your print being dispatch quickly, for example if it's a gift, please message me or leave a note and I will happily do this where at all possible.

All prints are for personal use only. My prints cannot be copied or resold in any way.
