We like our garlands full and big. Our kits include extra balloons for additional clusters to add to the garland. Please make sure you use some for fullness and not length only to ensure your garland looks beautiful, full, and luxurious.

❗️ The balloon industry is well established, and many balloon artists offer free tutorials on YouTube, Instagram, or TikTok. Please do your research and find the method that works best for you. No video guide will be sent with our balloon kits. Our kits can be assembled a week or two prior to your event date. The balloons typically stay fresh for at least a few weeks, but if blown up and tied properly, and stored indoors at room temperature, the balloons can last for up to 8 weeks or longer!

Exposure to extreme heat or cold, rain or snow, direct sunlight, and over-inflation can cause balloons to pop! All balloons will oxidize and turn matte under exposure to oxygen and sunlight.Not all colors come in all balloon sizes. We will provide the best mixture and assortment for the color collection.

Processing Time:
Making sure we get your products to you in time for your event is critical, so we aim to ship out your order as soon as possible. Balloon garland kits ship out within 1-3 business days twice a week, but please allow up to 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for order processing.

Shipping:
All US orders are shipped through USPS with tracking. Standard shipping is approximately 2-6 business days depending on location.

Once it is out of our hands, we cannot guarantee that your package will arrive prior to your event as we do not have control over our shipping carriers and cannot predict possible unforeseen delays. We recommend ordering as soon as possible to ensure prompt arrival. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, held, or damaged packages and mis-delivery errors via the carrier, or incorrect shipping information input by the customer.
