Are your gemstone jewelry pieces handmade?

Our gemstone bracelets, necklaces, anklets, rosaries, and other jewelry are carefully designed and assembled by SofiaDesignsBoutique and our small team. Some components may be obtained from trusted suppliers or disclosed production partners. Please review the individual listing for the materials and production details of a specific item.

Are your gemstones natural?

We use natural gemstones in many of our designs. Because stones are formed in nature, their color, pattern, shape, clarity, and markings may vary. These variations make every piece unique. Some designs may include treated stones, glass, metal, synthetic components, or other materials; the applicable listing will identify the principal materials.

Custom and personalized orders

Custom orders are welcome. Depending on the design, we may be able to adjust the size, gemstone combination, cord color, clasp, charm, or other details. Contact us through Etsy Messages before ordering so we can confirm availability, timing, and any additional cost. Custom sizing is available for many designs. Please measure your wrist, neck, or ankle and send us the desired measurement through Etsy Messages before ordering. If the size is available directly in the listing, select it from the variation menu. Additional charges may apply to certain materials or unusually large sizes.

How do I measure my wrist for a bracelet?

Wrap a flexible measuring tape snugly around your wrist where you plan to wear the bracelet. If you do not have measuring tape, use a piece of string and measure it against a ruler. Send us your exact wrist measurement rather than adding extra length; we will account for the fit based on the bracelet design.

How quickly will my order be processed?

Most made to order items are processed and shipped within one business day for US orders. Custom-made or personalized items normally require three to five business days before shipment. The processing time shown on the individual listing and order confirmation is the most accurate estimate.

Can you rush my order?

You may select an upgraded shipping service during checkout when available. A shipping upgrade shortens carrier transit time after the package has been shipped; it does not automatically shorten production or processing time. If you have a deadline, contact us before ordering so we can confirm whether the requested date is realistic.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us through Etsy Messages as soon as possible and include clear photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the issue and work with you on an appropriate resolution. Please do not discard the packaging until the matter is resolved.

What should I do if tracking shows delivery but I cannot find the package?

First, check around the delivery location, ask members of your household, and contact the carrier or local post office. Carriers sometimes mark packages delivered before final placement. If the package is still missing, contact us through Etsy’s “Help with Order” system so we can review the tracking and available next steps.

Avoid exposing jewelry to water, perfume, lotion, household chemicals, prolonged sunlight, and excessive pulling or impact. Remove jewelry before swimming, showering, sleeping, or exercising. Store each piece separately in a dry place and wipe it gently with a soft cloth after wearing it.
