How do I track my order?

Once your order ships from my partnering production company, you will receive a separate email with tracking information. Estimated production times are listed in the "Shop Announcements" section of my shop.

Do you offer upgraded/overnight shipping?

Unfortunately, at this time the print provider sets the shipping rates. Standard shipping times estimate between 2-5 business days.

Can I add gift wrapping to my order?

Your order ships directly from the print company and to keep production/shipping costs low, they do not offer gift wrapping at this time. I'm sorry for any inconvenience.

Do you offer returns/or exchanges?

Kindly note that as a small business, I am unable to offer returns or exchanges at this time. Please check size measurements before purchasing your item, as all items are final sale.

Your shop has a no return/exchange policy. What if I receive a damaged item?

Please contact me if you have any problems with your order, so I can promptly resolve the issue. If your item arrives damaged, please note you will need to provide me with a photo to submit to the print company in order to issue a refund/replacement.

Can you customize an order?

Definitely! Please contact me before purchasing so I can show you a preview if you would like a word or name changed on a listing.
