• As a magnet, we use neodium magnet, which has much more holding power, instead of black and weak magnets. The magnet is strong enough to hold 5-7 pieces of paper of normal thickness.
• We send a draft and ask for approval for every order we receive, and we do not start printing without approval, so do not forget to check your ETSY message box after placing your order.
• Printed via HIGH QUALITY UV printing method. (not sticker)

HOW DO I ORDER ? / WHAT ARE THE PROCESSING STEPS ?

1. Select the Magnet Design from drop-down menu
2. Select the product type from the field that says "Product Type".
3. Select the quantity from the field that says "Quantity".
4. Write your wording and all other details at personalization (Font, font color, card model etc.)
5. Purchase your order
6. Send your photo(s) with ETSY message (If the design you choose has a photo)
7. Wait our message including printing design
8. Approve or revise the design
9. Wait our message, including new printing design
10. Let us produce your magnets and wait for tracking code
HOW TO PRINT MY OWN DESIGN?

Place your order and email your design to etsy [!at] magnetweddingfavors.com
After receiving our design, we will prepare a draft and send it via ETSY message and ask for approval.

I love the product! Very responsive to questions and customized the tapes to exactly what I wanted. And I asked for ALOT! kind a friendly customer service. I cannot wait to use these for my wedding, But when the package was at my house and delivered by fed ex it was damaged. the slide was sliced wide open. I am not sure if it was the packaging failing or the delivery company not being careful.
