When and where will I receive my Templett link?

Once your order is processed you will receive an email from Etsy or Templett. This should arrive in about 5-10 minutes. The email will be sent to the Etsy email address on file, so please ensure the email address linked to your Etsy account is up to date. Don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or issues.

Downloads and Printing

Our download options allow you to print anywhere! • PDF - for home printing, copy center or print shop • JPG - for photo lab or print shop • PNG - for text, email or social media sharing (this only works with if your invite has a clear or white background)

Why don't you accept returns?

Due to the fact that our products our digital, it would be impossible for us to get those files back. However, if you do have any problems, we are more than happy to work with you in finding a solution!

Where can I find my Non-Editable Instant Download files?

You can get your Non-Editable Instant Download Insturction files by going to your Etsy shop under the top right hand drop down menu, under 'Purchases and Reviews'. If your product contains an editable Templett template, you will receive a document with instructions on how to access your templates (don't hesitate to reach out if you need assistance!) If your purchase does not include a Templett template your files will be downloadable under 'Purchases and Reviews'. Please note, you will only be able to download your files on a computer or laptop and not on your phone. Your files will always be available to you there!

Do I need to download or purchase any subscriptions, fonts, or software?

No, you don't need to purchase or download any subscriptions, fonts, or software for any of our designs. They will be available for you as soon as you start editing your template on Templett!

Your purchase is for an instant digital download only. No physical products will be shipped. Customer is responsible for populating template copy including grammar, spelling and event details. Pine Press Paperie cannot be held responsible for errors and printing costs required to correct errors. Print colors may vary slightly from what is seen on your screen/what appears on printed card stock due to print quality. When printing at home, please ensure your printer is capable, we recommend a test print before bulk print. The images and invitations that are being provided to you are copyrighted by Pine Press Paperie. Your purchase is FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY. How do I edit my file?

Your purchase includes a guide to help you edit your template. You can edit your templates on your laptop, desktop and now mobile! Also, check out the FREE demo link to try it out before you place your order!

Do you do custom wedding invitations?

Yes! While many of my listings are digital, I also offer full service bespoke wedding invitation and signage services. I offer letterpress, hot foil, embossing and digital printing. Send me a message and let's make the wedding invitations of your dreams!

• The thickness of the paper is what will give your invitations that formal, professional feel. • Most home printers can only handle up to paper stock that is 110lbs thick. Check your printer and test some samples before you commit to buying all of the paper you need. Designs with more white space and lighter color backgrounds will look better on home printers and save on your printer ink bill as well. • If printing at a professional printing place I recommend 110lb and up, the higher the weight the thicker the paper.
