The seller is just going to tell you its your printers fault, we have printed smaller intricate items ans didnt have the same issues the leaf print broke 2xs it should be supported better and the face also had to be reprinted, i wouldn't recommended this file or this seller, not worth the trouble or wasted filament the seller isnt going to reimburse or be helpful. Poor quality file and print design.
