Please include your measurements so I can make sure you order the correct size! Do not trace your foot with a pencil! Follow the example shown in the picture in the listing. a - length foot; b - ball girht foot; c - instep foot. Want shoes in a different color or material? We will be happy to make them for you.

If the size you need is out of stock, we will make a new pair for you from 7-14 days.

Delivery time depends on the carrier's terms and conditions. We do not control postal services and customs, so delays may occur, but we will help you track your parcel. Please provide your email address and phone number to receive your package. Please note that import taxes and duties may apply according to the rules of the buyer's country. They are paid by the buyer, not the seller.

Exchanges and Returns. We have an exchange and return policy, but it does not apply to individual orders.

Personalized goods are not subject to return and exchange! Returns are possible only due to the fault of the store - defective or sent the wrong size, which was agreed upon in correspondence with the customer. Exchange for another size is possible within 14 days. Shoes are not accepted for return/exchange if they show signs of wear and tear, they must be clean and new.

Custom and personalized orders

We offer customization in different leather and suede colors, as well as tailoring certain models to individual foot measurements. While many clients are happy with their custom pairs, we cannot guarantee a 100% perfect fit, as remote measurements (photos, tape tension, foot position, angles) are never fully precise. Custom-made shoes require more time and materials but come at no extra cost. By placing a custom order, the customer agrees that returns and exchanges are not possible, since such shoes cannot be resold. For very complex foot shapes, we recommend consulting a local shoemaker for precise measurements and fittings.

Customs and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and VAT according to the laws of your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Exceptional service. Alina was tireless in ensuring I did the measurements correctly, and took the time with back and forth messaging until we were both certain about the precise size to order. Once placed, my boots came surprisingly quickly, with no delays at customs, which was very welcome. The quality of my boots is excellent - they are very comfortable, and the first time I wore them I walked around the city I was visiting for 6 hours with no soreness or rubbing. I'd order again - the price was very reasonable indeed. I'd love to see some more boot styles with a chunkier sole in the range! Keep up the great product and service.

Incredible quality and craftsmanship. These boots are amazing. The back and forth with fit and dimensions made me feel secure in what I was ordering. I wish they fit, they are over an inch too long despite exact measurements. I was nervous they would be too small but ended up way too big. Still gorgeous though, just not sure they will get worn.
