Got a pic of a stl file that was not able to download. PDF to with a link that did nothing. And no help from seller. Wouldn't refund and directed me to find help on you tube. Unacceptable.

You can see the stl files in the photo you shared. I told you to use a computer and you can right click and download files. You are probably new to 3d printing and it is not very difficult to download this file to the computer. It is not fair to blame the seller for this
