What file types will I receive?

You will receive high resolution 300 dpi JPEG files in 5 different ratios in most cases. Each ratio size can print small and large sized prints. Some listings are for square images so there will only be 1 JPEG that can print in a variety of square sizes.

What kind of paper is recommended for printing?

Use heavy photo paper or card stock with a matte finish preferably to print our images.

How do I print my artwork?

There are 3 ways to print: 1. At a local shop such as Walgreens, CVS or Walmart and then pick them up. 2. Upload your files online to a store like Mpix.com or Shutterfly.com and have them shipped to you. 3. Print from your home or office printer (usually not the best quality).

Do you accept returns/exchanges?

While there is no way to actually "return" a downloadable product, I want you to be a happy customer, so I am happy to offer a refund or exchange if the printable you purchased does not meet your expectations. Customer satisfaction is our highest priority and we would appreciate your valuable feedback if there is a problem with one of our products. Simply get in touch with a message and I will do my best to resolve any issues.

Can I change the background color?

Send us a message with your color swatch or idea and we are happy to change the background color for most of the printables we offer free of charge.

🖼 SIZING INFORMATION

We offer the opportunity to print each image in multiple sizes to accommodate different frame sizes and shapes. You will receive image files in 5 different ratios, labeled with the largest print size for that ratio.

When printing you can use the largest size file provided to scale down to several smaller sizes in that ratio. For example, a 2:3 ratio can print as small as 4"x6" all the way up to 24"x36". You can use the guide below to see the various sizes for each ratio.
