The first time I ordered this copper foot bath, a copper sink came instead. I contacted KatAlloy. Kat was apologetic and let me keep the copper sink, and immediately shipped another copper foot bath as the original order specified. Kat responded so quickly, and corrected this mistake with courtesy and generosity.

I received the foot bath and while it was packaged securely, it was very, very difficult and quite unsafe getting to the product. It had so many staples that could puncture you while unpacking. Be very careful. Shipping time was great though. The foot bath itself had a few areas oxidizing where the cooper color was rusted. Overall, it is way too small. I did order the 10in. I am a 8 1/2 shoe (female foot) and my toes and heels are touching the sides and not a lot of extra room. It is very uncomfortable. Maybe user error but it is not worth even entertaining a 10in, in my opinion, not worth the money. I will keep the bath but would recommend going a bigger size if you take a chance purchasing.
