All items in the shop are antique, vintage, or preloved, often unique and showing signs of wear and age. Please review the photos and descriptions carefully before ordering. Significant wear or damage will be noted in the description and highlighted in the photos. Feel free to contact us with any questions. Items are surface-cleaned or freshly laundered and handled in a clean, smoke-free, and pet-free environment.

Reservations are held for a maximum of 5 days, after which they expire automatically. To respect privacy, full names will not appear in reserved listings.

All items are carefully packed using bubble wrap, fragile tape, and box-in-box shipping when needed. We use clean packaging materials and occasionally repurpose boxes from local businesses. While we ensure safe packaging, we cannot be held responsible for damages occurring after dispatch. Orders are shipped within a few business days, with standard shipping days on Mondays and Thursdays. Tracking information is provided once your order is dispatched.

4. Shipping fees & combined shipping

Shipping fees cover standard registered service with tracking. Costs vary by weight and destination, with details provided in each item's description. Ordering multiple items? We offer combined shipping to reduce costs. Additional shipping charges per item are automatically added at checkout and any overages will be refunded after dispatch. Please feel free to contact us for a shipping quote. Standard packages are limited to 2 kg or 5 kg, with approximately 1 kg allocated for safe packing materials. Net item weights are listed in the descriptions. Mailbox shipping is available for items of small sizes. Standard shipping is used for 95% of parcels, however insured shipping upgrades are available at checkout.

5. Fees for custom duties and taxes

Additional fees for customs duties and taxes may apply to international purchases and are the customer's responsibility. These fees vary by country, so please check your local regulations when purchasing from abroad. If these costs are not paid by the customer and the parcel is returned to us, we will only refund the actual cost of the purchased item(s), minus shipping costs and any additional fees incurred for returning the parcel. In such cases, standard return conditions also apply (see RETURNS).

6. Import Duties for U.S. Customers

All orders shipped from the EU are subject to U.S. customs duties and taxes. We ship our parcels Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) via our postal company PostNL, meaning standard duties are covered before shipping and no additional payment is normally required upon delivery. Please note customs procedures may vary, and the customer remains ultimately responsible as the legal importer. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us — we’re happy to help.

If you encounter any issues or are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel. We will do our best to resolve the matter to the satisfaction of both parties. We accept returns from customers within the EU in compliance with consumer protection laws. Please note that we do not accept returns from customers outside the EU, as customs procedures and costs make this unfeasible. International return shipping charges (including postage and customs fees) are the buyer’s responsibility. Original and return shipping costs will not be refunded.

8. Conditions for returns

For returns, please consider the following conditions: * Items must be shipped back to us within 14 days of delivery, in their original wrapping and packaging. Items should be undamaged and in the same condition as described. * If items meet these conditions, we will refund the original purchase price, minus the original shipping costs. * When shipping a return, we recommend using standard delivery by postal company, rather than a courier. International return shipping charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Original and return shipping costs will not be refunded.

First and foremost, we are always here to help if your parcel is delayed beyond the expected delivery time In case the delivery window is exceeded, we will contact our delivery service to do an inquiry on your parcel. Parcels will be shipped to the address specified on Etsy. If this address is incorrect, we cannot be held responsible for the loss. The same applies to packages that are unclaimed at the post office, undelivered, or lost.

The General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) ensures consumer product safety within the EU. While our antiques are exempt, our vintage items fall under these regulations. Our shop specializes in pre-owned, vintage, and antique collectibles, and detailed origin or material information is often unavailable, as many makers no longer exist. We include all GPSR compliance and safety details we have in our listings. Items should generally be considered decorative; reconditioning may be needed for other uses. Electrical components should always be inspected and repaired before use.

Antique Art deco letter stand or desk organizer.

This one is quite rare as it is not made of actual marble and therefor less common.
It has a black and white marbled base made of a stone-based composite with tiny glitter flecks.
The metal hardware shows just a few signs of a gold tone finish.

Condition:
The base has a few chips around the bottom rim. The metal once had a gold finish which is now almost fully faded. Signs of wear are present and consistent with age and use. See photos for details.
