Adhesive :
The adhesive on these skins is strong and long lasting, ensuring the skin will stay in place for an extended period of time. Please note that skins have the chance of leaving residue without using a hair dryer on removal. If your skin leaves any residue, please use a rag with isopropyl alcohol or any type of residue removal to remove any remaining residue.

Paperwhite 12th Signature users, Please Read!
Due to the unique material used on the backing of the Paperwhite 12th Signature, we are unable to offer skins for this model. Applying any sticker material could potentially damage the Kindle’s backing. As an alternative, we recommend our Kindle inserts, designed to be placed between a clear case and the Kindle. These inserts maintain the same look and quality as our skins, without risking damage to your device. Additionally, we can provide a front portion for the Paperwhite 12th Signature, which will not affect the Kindle. If you are interested in this option or have any questions, please feel free to reach out to us.

“I can’t track my order on USPS” :
Your order’s shipping label is created through Etsy’s third-party partner, Pitney Bowes. While the order is shipped via USPS, it can only be tracked using Etsy’s tracking system on the "Orders" tab or by copying your tracking number and pasting it on Pitney Bowes’ tracking site.

“Marked as Delivered but haven’t received my order” :

If your order hasn’t arrived within 4 days of this notification, please reach out to us.

Due to the nature of this item, returns are not accepted. Any error during install is the buyer's responsibility. Please apply skins with care.
