Corjl is a website that allows artists to sell their designs while providing the customers an easy-to-use customization process. We provide the designs, Corjl provides the editing platform! There’s no need to download any app to edit. Just log in through corjl.com by providing your order number, or follow the link from the email you receive after purchase from Corjl to begin editing!

Why is it asking me to "Add my personalization" if it's an editable template?

I ask customers that they say "yes" in the personalization text box to confirm their understanding of them purchasing a digital self-editable product. This is just an extra step that benefits both me and my customers to ensure understanding of what they're purchasing! Look at the gray text box above the personalization box for more information.

How will the link to edit be delivered?

Please check your email for the link to edit! After purchasing, you will receive an email from Corjl with a link to access and edit your item. You can also go directly to Corjl.com and use your order info from Etsy to login and access your purchased items! The email from Corjl is usually an instant arrival, but please allow a few minutes in case it doesn't show up right away. Also, please make sure your email associated with your Etsy account is up to date because that is where Corjl will email you!

How do I edit? Is it easy?

I've received notice from many customers that Corjl is an easy-to-use editing site, which makes me confident that that's where I direct customers! However, there can be a learning curve if it's not a site you're used to using. I always provide instructions attached to the templates with more in depth tricks and information about what everything means, so please use that to help direct you in your edits! All templates include a demo link that can be used to try it out before purchasing too. As always, you can come to me with anything you need help with in the process! As the host, I'm able to make changes to your templates as well if requested, so you can always come to me if you prefer that I personalize your template for you.

- Can you make custom changes to a template? (For ex; resizing, recoloring, adding something, changing layout, etc.)

Typically, yes! Some templates are readily available Though a fee may be added depending on the service needed.

Do I have to make an account to edit?

Yes, an account will need to be made with Corjl so that you can claim your order and also edit, save, and return back to edit as needed. I’m happy to edit for you if you prefer not to make an account!

Where do people usually print after editing?

There are a few options for printing! After editing, you can click “Order Prints” which will take you to Corjl’s printing partner, Prints of Love (use JOYOFCELEBRATING10 for 10% off a $49+ order!) Alternatively, VistaPrint, Moo, and Zazzle are other popular printing sites. Or, print local or at home with heavy cardstock paper! Templates will come with a downloadable Printing Guide - please message me if your template did not include that and I can send it your way!
