Why this review appears

All reviews are from verified buyers. This review is shown automatically based on factors like recency, whether it includes comments, your chosen language, and whether the rating reflects the typical experience with the shop.

“Beautiful quality, meets my expectations—such a unique holiday piece! A fabric bag was mentioned but not included—no real problem for me as I will store the tree in a more durable container regardless. One note regarding Etsy app: I received order confirmation and other correspondence from seller, but could not reply due to an error in the app. Not a huge problem as I had no problems or reason to contact the seller, but could not even send a message to confirm that I had received the item.”
