Custom and personalised orders

I am fully open to making custom pieces. Just send me a message explaining what colours, themes, details, inspirations and pricing you’d like and we’ll start discussing asap the best magical jewellery piece personalised for you. This is based off what I have in stock, as the cost to ship in specific items isn’t feasible right now. I’m currently working with just pearls at the moment!

All pieces listed are made with metal pins, stainless steel chain and rope wire. They are strong however they still require proper care and storage. It’s recommended that your necklace, especially if it has multiple layers or chained detailing, to store separately from others to avoid tangling. I recommend hanging rather than storing in boxes. I NO LONGER USE (non rope) wire as it unfortunately didn’t last for customers. Stainless steel, aluminium are the standard metals used in every piece - they’re eco-friendly, and do not go green. Good quality gold plated and silver plated are used too, they will last very well if taken care of properly. It’s still recommended to avoid water or things like sleeping in your jewellery!

Gift wrapping and packaging

All jewellery is shipped with Eco-friendly, recyclable, reusable packaging and acid free tissue paper! Package will vary as I reuse old stuff too! If you would like something to be gift wrapped please just send me a message :)

I use standard shipping within the UK as it’s safe and doesn’t take long. Outside of the uk I recommend using tracked shipping as without it if anything happens to your purchase there is nothing I can do about it! Tracked shipping will insure your parcel up to £50! Tracked also tends to be slightly quicker but this can’t be guaranteed due to Brexit. Again I’m not responsible for anything that happens after shipment regardless of chosen shipping as once it’s left my hands I am no longer in control. I cannot do cancellations once shipped!

I only do customs for more complex pieces like I have in the past. Before anything is paid ideas will be discussed between me and you until I can start making mock–ups for you so you can see what your design will look like before you pay for anything. Once a design is agreed upon the price is paid upfront and as soon as it’s ready your item will be sent to you! I require payments up front to avoid the customer and me getting charged twice for taxes etc. Try to refrain from sending other artist work as I want to develop individually through my own ideas and be respectful!
