Refund Timeline

All returns are reviewed upon receipt. Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected to ensure it meets our return requirements. Please allow 3–7 business days after delivery for processing. Processing times may be longer during holidays or other periods when the shop is closed.

Return Window & Requirements

• Contact us within 3 days of delivery to initiate a return.
• Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, and with all original packaging and tags.
• Returns are not accepted after 10 days from delivery.

Rejected Returns

We reserve the right to reject returns that are sent outside the stated return window or do not meet our return conditions.

If a return is sent after 10 days from delivery, or if it does not meet return eligibility requirements (including condition and tag requirements), the return will be rejected and the item will be shipped back to the buyer. In such cases, the cost of return shipping back to the buyer will be deducted from any eligible refund, or the buyer may be required to pay return shipping before the item is sent back.

Items returned without prior contact or outside the return window may experience delayed processing.

Tag Requirement (Important)

All items must be returned with the original tags fully attached and untampered.
Items with removed, cut, altered, or reattached tags cannot be verified for condition or authenticity and therefore:
• Will not be eligible for a refund, or
• May be subject to a 50% restocking fee, at our discretion.

To help offset shipping costs, orders qualifying for free shipping are subject to a tiered restocking fee:

Late & Condition-Based Fees

• Returns postmarked after 7 days but within 10 days: 10% of the item price will be deducted.
• Returns that are damaged, altered, missing tags, or missing packaging may incur an additional 25–50% restocking fee.

Buyer Responsibilities

• Ensure items are returned in original, unworn, unaltered condition.
• Ensure all tags remain attached and untampered.
• Cover return shipping costs.
• Be available for signature confirmation if required for high-value orders ($1,000+).

Delivery Issues / Return to Sender (RTS)

Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, missed signature, or failure to retrieve from the carrier will be treated as returns. Applicable restocking fees will apply even if the package was not picked up or delivered.
