RETURNS & REPLACEMENT POLICY

All of our cases and straps are made to order and carefully checked before shipping. Because of this, we can only accept returns if there is a manufacturing defect (for example, a printing error or receiving the wrong model). Please let us know within 7 days of receiving your item if there is an issue. After this period, we’re unable to process returns or replacements. Normal wear and tear - including fading, scratches, chips, cracks, or other damage resulting from accidental drops or everyday use - is not considered a manufacturing defect and is therefore not eligible for a return or replacement. While our cases are designed to offer protection, we are unfortunately unable to accept responsibility for damage to your device.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY CASE IF I ORDER THE INCORRECT MODEL, OR IF I CHANGE MY MIND?

🚨🚨🚨 Unfortunately not - Each item is custom-made just for you, based on the design you choose, your phone model, case type, and finish. Because of this, we don’t resell returned items, the chances of someone wanting the exact same combination (out of over 500 designs, 70 models, plus finish options like gloss or matte) are extremely low. Lots of customers successfully resell their cases on marketplaces such as Facebook or eBay. If you need any further assistance, please reach out to Etsy directly. We appreciate your understanding! 😊

CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

All phone cases are made and printed to order and move into production after 6 hours. After this I can not change or cancel an order.

Some newer Pixel models the 7a, 7 Pro, 8a, 9a and more are currently being manufactured and printed in our German warehouse, which has a more advanced printer for these specific models. Please be aware that this does not result in any extra shipping time. 😊
