You will receive a PDF containing a link that will lead you to a DropBox folder. This folder will contain all your files. We use this method because Etsy only allows us to share files of a certain size with our customers, whereas through DropBox we can provide you with files of maximum resolution.

📌 How To Download The Files from Etsy
1️⃣ For Desktop Users:
Log into your Etsy account.
Click on “Your Account” (top right) and select “Purchases and Reviews.”
Find the order and click the “Download Files” button.
The file will download to your device.
2️⃣ For Mobile App Users:
Etsy does not allow digital downloads through the app.
Instead:
Open a web browser (Chrome, Safari, etc.).
Go to Etsy.com and log into your account.
Follow the desktop steps above to download your files.
3️⃣ What If You Don’t See the Download Button?
If you checked out as a guest, Etsy sends the download link to your email (check spam/junk folders!).
If your purchase is a custom order, the seller might need time to send the file manually.

On a computer, right-click the folder > “Download.”
