BADGE REEL WARRANTY- MY BADGE REEL IS BROKEN, WHAT DO I DO?

Badge Reel Warranty and replacement info. I do not manufacture the plastic bases for my badge reels; rather, I procure them from a company that produces high-quality ones. Although I inspect each one before utilizing them, there may be an occasional defect that occurs after a few uses. Nevertheless, I do provide a 60-day warranty on them. If your reel breaks during this time, please get in touch with me on Etsy and send a photo of the damaged reel, and I'll ship a replacement to you. Please note that these reels are lightweight and aren't meant to support a lot of weight. Note - If badge design is out of stock, customer will be asked to return the item and cover shipping for repair.

MY PACKAGE SAYS INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS,RETURN TO SENDER.WHAT DO I DO?

If your package tracking indicates an "insufficient address" status and it is being returned to the sender, it is recommended that you take the following steps: 1. Contact your local Post Office: Reach out to your local Post Office and provide them with the tracking number and details of the situation. They will be able to provide you with further information and guidance on how to proceed. 2. Verify the address: Double-check the shipping address you provided when placing the order. Ensure that it is accurate and complete. Mistakes in the address could have caused the issue. If necessary, update the address in your account or contact the seller to make any necessary corrections.

HELP! I NEED MY ORDER IN A HURRY OR I NEED ITEM BY CERTAIN DATE.CAN IT BE SHIPPED BY??

If you require your order to be expedited or delivered by a specific date, I recommend checking the "BASES" menu in the shop. Look for a listing called "RUSH MY ORDER" or a similar option. Selecting this option will prioritize your order and place it at the front of the processing queue when you make your purchase. It's important to note that this option typically applies to orders placed on business days (Monday through Friday) only. However, please be aware that selecting the "rush my order" option does not necessarily mean that the shipping speed will be faster than the standard First Class shipping. The rush service primarily focuses on expediting the processing and handling of your order, ensuring it is prepared and dispatched prompt
