Currently, we do not offer customizations, but we’re always open to suggestions for new designs! Cross stitch patterns include DMC color charts. The number on the model corresponds to a specific DMC color. The author is not responsible for the results obtained by replacing DMC threads with other brands.

To care for your completed project, we recommend gently hand washing it in cold water and laying it flat to dry, preserving the vibrant colors and quality of the fabric.

In what format are the files?

All of our patterns are available in PDF format, easy to view on any device or print out.

How to download files?

After completing the purchase, Etsy offers 2 ways to download files: 1. Etsy will send an automated email with a download link immediately after purchase. 2. Alternatively, • Login to Etsy, • Click "Your Account" in the upper right corner, • Click "Purchases and reviews", • You will see all your purchases with a Download button. • If you don't see your download yet, it's still processing, try refreshing it in a few minutes.

What does the downloaded file include?

The file includes a cross stitch chart with a list of colors to complete the project.

Can I get a refund for digital files?

Since these are digital products, we do not offer refunds once the file has been downloaded. If you encounter any issues with the download, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Can I sell finished items using your patterns?

Yes, you can sell finished items made with our patterns, but you may not resell or distribute the digital pattern in any form.

I’m having trouble downloading the file, what should I do?

What tools and materials do I need to complete the pattern?

Each pattern requires a needle, embroidery floss, suitable cross stitch fabric (like Aida), and an embroidery hoop to make stitching easier.
