Very sweet cheongsam style blouse from the 1960’s likely. It has the original paper tag, so it is unworn.
Although it says, Xl on the tag, it’s a SMALLER women’s size.
So please do look over my measurements below.

Light pink with embroidered butterfly’s, thin red trim through.
In excellent original condition.
Tiny snaps down the front, with decorative frog closures & 2 front patch pockets. high mandarin style collar.
no flaws noted.
