How long will it take to receive my shirt after placing an order?

Each shirt is made to order, so processing usually takes 3–5 business days, and many orders ship even sooner. Shipping times vary depending on your location. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

I need my order by a specific date - what should I do?

If you’re ordering for a special occasion or have a specific deadline, please message us before placing your order and we’ll be happy to check timelines and do our best to help. While delivery dates can’t be guaranteed due to shipping carrier variables, we’ll always be honest about what’s possible and make every effort to ensure your shirt arrives in time.

Is it possible to cancel or make changes to my order?

Because of our quick turnaround, orders begin processing as soon as they are placed. Once processing starts, we are unable to make changes or cancellations. Please double-check all details, including size, color, and shipping information, before completing your purchase.

What size should I choose?

Please refer to the size chart provided in each individual listing, as sizing may vary between different styles (t-shirts, slim fit, sweatshirts, etc.). If you are between sizes or unsure, feel free to message us, we’re happy to help!

Which fit should I choose?

We offer two fit options: • Classic Fit – Bella Canvas 3001 Relaxed unisex fit. True to size with a comfortable, slightly looser feel. • Slim Fit – Bella Canvas 6004 More tailored and fitted silhouette, closer to the body. Please note: The Slim Fit runs smaller. If you are between sizes or prefer a looser look, we recommend sizing up.

What if my tracking says delivered, but I haven’t received it?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. If the tracking shows “Delivered” but you can’t find your package, please check around your property, with neighbors, or contact your local post office for assistance. Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered before they arrive, and they may show up within 1–2 business days. If you still need help, feel free to message us — we’re happy to assist.
