1. Prepare a blank sheet of paper.
2. Place your foot on the paper.
3. Mark the end of your heel and the tip of your longest toe.
4. Measure the length with a ruler and consult our size chart to find your ideal size.
Refunds and Exchanges:

While we believe you will love the unique design and craftsmanship of each product, if you need to return an item, we’ve made it easy. ----- Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt, as long as they are in new condition. Simply notify us as soon as possible to expedite the refund process.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 working days of delivery. Please note that shipping and packaging costs are non-refundable.
- Custom-made products and items with initials/personalization cannot be returned. We maintain communication during the production of custom orders to ensure we meet your expectations.
- After the product is returned, it will be inspected, and you’ll receive your refund within 3-5 business days.

- Once your order is placed, we require 7-10 business days for manufacturing, followed by 3-5 business days for shipping via FedEx.
